President of Ivory Coast to speak at Africa investor Institutional Investment Summit at the New York Stock Exchange
Africa investor (Ai), a leading international investment research and communications group, today announced that President Alassane Outtara, President of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, will meet with leading institutions to discuss capital market investments in Africa at the Africa investor Institutional Investment Summit, taking place at the New York Stock Exchange in September.
Held in association with the New York Stock Exchange, the Africa investor Institutional Investment Summit is internationally recognised as the calendar event for global institutional investors and pension funds to engage African Heads of State, CEOs from African-listed companies and investment decision makers from pension funds.
Commenting on the Summit, Hubert Danso, Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Africa investor, said: “We are delighted His Excellency Alassane Outtara, President of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, will join us at the New York Stock Exchange to share his plans to attract global investment to Côte d’Ivoire, and to promote the BRVM; the regional stock exchange for eight west African countries which has its head office in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.”
The Africa CEO Institutional Investment Summit will coincide with the prestigious Africa investor (Ai) Index Series Awards. The Ai Index Series Awards formally recognize CEOs, stock markets, regulators, listed companies, fund managers, stockbrokers and analysts who follow the Africa investor Index Series and African equities.
